CIARAN PORTER
CHAIRPERSON
Ciarán originally from Raphoe, County Donegal began playing Gaelic football with St. Mary’s Convoy. Playing right through from U10 to the adult team he was lucky to be a part of many successful teams with winning the Donegal Junior Championship in 2005 crowning it off. While at University in Liverpool he was part of the LJMU four in a row team that won four all Britain University championships. In 2010, Ciarán immigrated to Philadelphia and since then has been a constant club member. As a player he has been in squads that have won Philadelphia junior and senior titles as well as USGAA junior, intermediate and senior titles. Over the next couple of years Ciarán is hoping to lead the club to further successes and nurture local talent and develop it further with the strong summer sanctions that join the club annually.
